Console口登录密码遗失

通过Console口登录设备，是现场管理设备最常用的一种方式。通常情况下，为了安全起见，我们会为console配置登录密码，只有密码输入正确，才能登录进设备进行配置和管理。那如果上任网工没有移交Console的登录密码，该怎么处理呢？

处理办法：

1、通过其他登录方式，例如通过telnet或者stelnet登录设备重新配置Console的登录密码。

如果登录时认证方式是密码，则操作步骤如下：

如果登录时认证方式是AAA认证，则操作步骤如下：

2、通过BootROM菜单清除Console口登录密码（此种方式需要重启设备，请选择在适当的时间操作）。

（1）首先需要通过Console登录设备，然后reboot进行重启。当界面出现类似“Press Ctrl+B to enter boot menu ”的打印信息时，及时按下快捷键“Ctrl+B”并输入BootROM密码，进入BootROM主菜单。

在此说明下BootRom的默认密码：不管盒式交换机还是框式交换机，在V100R006C03及其之后的版本，默认密码均为Admin@huawei.com。但在V100R006C03之前的版本，盒式交换机为huawei，框式交换机为9300。

（2）进入BootROM主菜单后，选择“Clear password for console user”清除Console口登录密码。

（3）清除成功后，在BootROM主菜单下选择“Boot with default mode”启动设备。请注意，此处不要选择“Reboot”选项，否则此次清除密码将失效。

（4）完成系统启动后，系统会提示首次登录是否需要配置密码，此时可以给Console登录重新设置密码。设置的密码请妥善保存。

恢复出厂设置

这操作一般情况不要执行，只要重新启用旧设备二手设备时候才能使用到。还有一种特殊情况，以前小编就有遇到过，备份好配置文件后初始化设备再重新恢复备份文件解决了问题。毕竟是电子设备，有时候会用得上一些非常规手段。

前提：如果某些设备不再需要承载原来的业务，或者是一些利旧设备，则需要对这些设备进行清除配置操作，将其恢复成出厂配置。
